General SYNOPTIC SITUATION

There is a weakening high over the Balkans and an intensify low over western Europe. Warm and humid south westerlies are aloft. Mostly cloudy and dry weather will prevail.

There is a large cyclone over southwestern Europe moving into the northern Mediterranean, accompanied by an upper low, and a pronounced short wave trough with a cold front descending south from the Scandinavia. Warm and humid south westerlies are aloft.

Mostly cloudy weather with southerly wind is expected. Probability of precipitation is higher in the afternoon, and increases on the night to Monday, with high probability of storms on the Monday morning hours, that increase probability for an intense, but short period of strong westerly winds.
